Alexis Caillouet

Alexis Caillouet began her career in the oil & gas industry shortly after high school. She started out as a contract field timekeeper and was promoted to payroll manager a short time after. The majority of her career has been working projects for a large industrial electrical and instrumentation construction company. She has played many roles in the industry including HR, accounting, recruiting, and office management. Alexis traveled for contracts most of her working years, but the goal was always to find a stable, long-term opportunity working directly for a company. Alexis found her home and passion in PDI recruiting and has been the recruiter here since the summer of 2023. Alexis enjoys ministry and being a mom above all.
